摘要
益母草性微寒,味苦辛、无毒,归肝、心包、膀胱经,具有活血调经、利水消肿、清热解毒的功效,被誉为"胎产圣药",常用于胎产诸证.本文通过梳理中医药古籍,依次从益母草的名称、性味归经、炮制方法、功效主治进行归纳考证,并对药理作用进行回顾分析,旨在为益母草的进一步研究提供参考和理论依据.
Abstract
Leonurus japonicus Houtt,a little cold in property,mainly bitter and sweet in taste,non-toxic,and targeted to the liver,pericardium,and bladder meridian,with the effect of promoting blood circulation,inducing diuresis to relieve edema and clearing heat and detoxification.It is known as the"sacred medicine for fetal birth"and is often used in various fetal birth syndromes.Through combing the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper summarized and researched the name,property,flavor,and meridian tropism,processing methods,and efficacy of Leonurus japonicus Houtt and reviewed and analyzed its pharmacological effects,in order to provide reference and theoretical basis for further research.
