基于微视频回授法的健康教育模式在行全髋关节置换术老年患者中的应用价值

摘要
目的 探讨基于微视频回授法的健康教育模式在行全髋关节置换术(THA)老年患者中的应用价值.方法 选取2022 年8 月至2023 年7 月韶关市第一人民医院收治的100 例行THA术的老年患者 100 例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50 例.对照组予以常规护理及健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于微视频回授法的健康教育模式,比较两组的护理效果.结果 护理 2 周后,观察组肌酐(Cr)低于对照组,白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组饮食依从优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理 2 个月后,观察组Barthel评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院 2 个月后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在老年THA患者术后,基于微视频回授法的健康教育模式能够改善患者的营养指标,加快其康复速度的同时可提高饮食依从性,最终获取更高的生命质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of health education model based on micro-video feedback in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 100 elderly patients undergoing THA treated in the First People's Hospital of Shaoguan City from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and health education,and the observation group was given micro-video feedback health education mode on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 2 weeks of nursing,creatinine(Cr)in observation group was lower than control group,albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(Hb)were higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).The good and good rate of dietary compliance in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of nursing,Barthel score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 months after discharge,the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly THA patients after surgery,the health education model of micro video feedback can improve their nutritional indicators,accelerate their recovery speed,and improve dietary compliance,ultimately achieving higher life functions.
