摘要
目的 探讨硝呋太尔片联合苦参凝胶治疗霉菌性阴道炎的效果及对患者病原学清除率的影响.方法 选取2019 年1 月至2022 年12 月日照市中心医院收治的160 例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各80 例.对照组口服硝呋太尔片治疗,观察组采取硝呋太尔片联合苦参凝胶治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞计数(WBC)、C 反应蛋白(CRP)]、阴道分泌物细菌数量,病原学清除率.结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后,观察组TNF-α、WBC、CRP水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组真菌数量低于对照组,乳酸杆菌、类杆菌数量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组霉菌清除率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 硝呋太尔片联合苦参凝胶对霉菌性阴道炎治疗效果显著,能够降低患者血清炎症因子表达水平,改善阴道微生态环境,提升霉菌清除率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nifurtel tablet combined with Sophora flavescens gel on mycotic vaginitis and its influence on the pathogenic clearance rate.Methods A total of 160 patients with mycotic vaginitis admitted to Rizhao Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifuratel tablet by mouth,and the observation group was treated with nifuratel tablet combined with Radix flavesae gel.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)],bacterial number of vaginal secretions before and after treatment and etiological clearance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,WBC and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of fungi in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the number of lactobacillus and bacterioid bacteria was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The mold clearance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nifuratel tablet combined with Sophora flavescens gel has a significant therapeutic effect on mycotic vaginitis,which can reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors in patients'serum,improve the vaginal microenvironment,and enhance the clearance rate of mold.
