微雕点阵激光美容联合倍舒痕硅凝胶治疗痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕的效果
Effect of Microsculpture Dot Matrix Laser Cosmetology combined with Besuochen Silicon Gel on Depressed Scar after Acne

摘要
目的 探讨微雕点阵激光美容联合倍舒痕硅凝胶治疗痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕的效果.方法 选取2019 年12 月至2022年 12 月辽健集团阜新矿总医院收治的 96 例痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组48 例.对照组给予微雕点阵激光美容治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合倍舒痕硅凝胶进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(79.17%)(P＜0.05);观察组完全愈合时间、脱痂时间、结痂时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组红斑、渗出、水肿、疼痛与灼烧感并发症评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后两组温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分、色斑面积、瘢痕面积均降低,且观察组以上指标改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后两组社会功能、角色功能、躯体功能、情感职能评分均升高,且观察组以上指标评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针对痤疮后凹陷性瘢痕患者,采用微雕点阵激光美容联合倍舒痕硅凝胶进行治疗,效果确切,能够有效改善患者的瘢痕,加速愈合,进一步提升生命质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of microsculpture dot matrix laser cosmetology combined with Beisuchen silicon gel in the treatment of depressed scar after acne.Methods A total of 96 patients with post-acne depressed scar admitted to Fuxin Mine General Hospital of Liaojian Group from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microsculpture dot matrix laser,and the observation group was treated with besuochen silicon gel on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of observation group(93.75%)was higher than that of control group(79.17%)(P＜0.05).The complete healing time,scab removal time and scab formation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of erythema,exudation,edema,pain and burning in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)score,stain area and scar area were decreased in both groups,and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of social function,role function,physical function and emotional function were all increased in both groups,and the scores of the above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with sunken scars after acne,the use of micro engraving dot matrix laser beauty combined with Beisuchen silicon gel has a definite effect,can effectively improve the patient's scars,accelerate the healing time,and further improve the quality of life.
