补肾壮骨汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的Meta分析

摘要
目的 系统评价补肾壮骨汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症(POP)的疗效和安全性.方法 计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国生物医学数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中文期刊全文数据库和中国期刊全文数据库,搜集补肾壮骨汤治疗POP有效性和安全性的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限建库至2021 年7 月1 日.两位研究者独立进行文献检索、筛选、数据提取和对文献质量、研究的偏倚风险进行评价后,采用RevMan 5.3 软件进行Meta分析.结果 最终纳入18 项RCT,包括2 226 例患者.Meta分析结果显示:与对照组常规西药治疗POP比较,补肾壮骨汤可显著提高有效率[OR=5.02,95%CI(3.74～6.74),P＜0.000 01],增加腰椎骨密度[MD=0.07,95%CI(0.01～0.13),P=0.02],降低视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分[MD=-0.99,95%CI(-1.27～-0.71),P＜0.000 01],改善中医证候腰背疼痛积分[MD=-0.59,95%CI(-0.65～-0.52),P＜0.000 01],差异有统计学意义;不良反应发生率相比于对照组无显著统计学差异[OR=0.74,95%CI(0.30～1.80),P=0.05].结论 现有证据表明,相比于常规西药疗法,补肾壮骨汤治疗POP,能有效缓解疼痛症状,强化骨质,提高运动功能,安全有效.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Busen Zhuanggu Decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis(POP)systematically.Methods PubMed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CBM,Wan Fang data,VIP and CNKI databases were searched.Randomized controlled trials(RCTS)on the efficacy and safety of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis were have retrievaled,and the retrieval period was from the self-established database date to July 1,2021.Two researchers independently conducted literature retrieval,screening,data extraction,and evaluation of literature quality and the risk of bias in the study,and then used RevMan 5.3 software to conduct meta-analysis.Results Eighteen RCTS were included,including 2 226 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that:Compared with the control group,busen Zhuang Gu Decoction could significantly improve the effective rate[OR=5.02,95%CI(3.74～6.74),P＜0.000 01],and increase the lumbar spine bone density[MD=0.07,95%CI(0.01～0.13),P=0.02],decreased visual analog pain score(VAS)[MD=-0.99,95%CI(-1.27～-0.71),P＜0.000 01],improved the score of TCM syndromes of back pain[MD=-0.59,95%CI(-0.65～-0.52),P＜0.000 01],and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions compared with the control group[OR=0.74,95%CI(0.30～1.80),P=0.05].Conclusion Compared with western medicine,Busen Zhuanggu Decoction can effectively relieve pain symptoms,strengthen bone and improve motor function in the treatment of primary osteoporosis,which is safe and effective.
