摘要
目的 探讨新型缓释香囊的制备及释药规律.方法 以新型缓释香囊囊心为研究对象,采用三氯甲烷萃取香囊中挥发油成分,然后对萃取物进行紫外分光光度法测定挥发油含量,从而研究新型缓释香囊的释药曲线及放香规律.结果 0.1～1.8 mg/100 ml范围内挥发油浓度与吸光度具有良好线性关系.缓释香囊中挥发油的浓度随着时间延长,呈非线性递减趋势,并且挥发油在递减过程中变化趋势为由快到慢,至10 d时,释药速度明显变缓.结论 新型缓释香囊具有缓慢放香的作用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the preparation and drug release rule of a new type of sustained-release sachet.Methods Taking the new sustained-release sachet as the research object,the volatile oil content was determined by UV spectrophotometry using trichloromethane extraction method,in order to study the release curve and pattern of the new sustained-release capsule.Results There is a good linear relationship between the concentration of volatile oil and absorbance in the range of 0.1～1.8 mg/100 ml.The concentration of volatile oil in the sustained-release capsule showed a nonlinear decreasing trend with the extension of time,and the change trend of volatile oil in the decreasing process was from fast to slow,and the release speed was significantly slowed down at 10 d.Conclusion The new sustained-release sachet can have a slow release effect.
