Effect of Different Doses of Hydromorphone Combined with Flurbiprofen Axidate on Self-controlled Intravenous Analgesia after Cesarean Section
Objective To explore the effect of different doses of hydromorphone combined with flurbiprofen axidate on self-controlled intravenous analgesia after cesarean section. Methods Ninety-eight women who completed cesarean section in Fuxin Central Hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. All patients underwent self-controlled intravenous analgesia after cesarean section. The control group was given conventional dose(0.10 mg/kg)of hydromorphone combined with flurbiprofen ester, and the experimental group was given high dose(0.30 mg/kg)of hydromorphone combined with flurbiprofen ester. The analgesia effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results VAS scores of 2 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery showed a decreasing trend, and visual analogue VAS scores of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group at all time points after surgery, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Ramsay score at 2 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions 48 h after operation between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The dosage of analgesic drugs and the Times of self-controlled intravenous analgesia pump in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose hydromorphone combined with flurbiprofen ester can improve the analgesic effect without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions, and can also reduce the dosage of analgesic drugs and the number of self-controlled intravenous analgesic pump.
