Clinical Effect of Endoscopic Treatment of Peptic Ulcer complicated with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of adrenolizone tablets combined with endoscopic administration in the treatment of peptic ulcer(PU)complicated by upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(UGIB).Methods A total of 74 patients with PU complicated UGIB admitted to Longhua District People's Hospital of Shenzhen City from October 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given endoscopic treatment,and the observation group was given oral treatment with adrenal hydrazone tablets on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 97.30%higher than that of control group 78.38%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The hospitalization time,hemostatic time and abdominal pain relief time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the blood transfusion volume was less,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-1(IL-1)levels between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,serum CRP and IL-1 levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion For PU patients complicated with UGIB,adrenal hydrazone tablets combined with endoscopic medication can significantly shorten the hemostasis time,reduce inflammation,and quickly relieve clinical symptoms,with high safety.
