The Therapeutic Effect and Viral Load of 5%Phthalamine Cream Combined with Ella Photodynamic Therapy on Genital Warts
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and viral load of 5%Phthalbutamine cream combined with Ella photodynamic therapy on genital warts. Methods A total of 108 patients with condyloma acuminatum treated in Fuxin Mine General Hospital of Liaojian Group from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pure Ella photodynamic therapy, and the observation group was treated with 5%thalbutamine cream combined with Ella photodynamic therapy. The clinical efficacy, changes in HPV load before and after treatment and recurrence rate, changes in T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HPV load between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the HPV load in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of CD4+,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD4+,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+were increased in both groups, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 5%phthalamine cream combined with Ella photodynamic can improve the clinical efficacy of condyloma acuminatum, and can effectively reduce HPV load, reduce recurrence, improve the immune function of patients, and high safety.
