医护一体化协作模式在甲状腺外科门诊中的应用价值

摘要
甲状腺疾病属于内分泌疾病的一种,门诊患者较多,因此,实施有效的护理管理对于提高患者就诊效率具有积极意义.传统的医院门诊管理模式下存在门诊当日挂号难、排队等候时间长、候诊环境嘈杂等问题.医护一体化协作门诊模式弥补了传统的门诊管理模式的不足,其将医、护、治、患四大要素进行了整合,可以有效减少患者的诊疗等候时间,提高医院的整体管理质量,促进医患关系的和谐发展.
Abstract
Thyroid disease is one of endocrine diseases,and there are more outpatients.Therefore,the implementation of effective nursing management is of positive significance for improving the efficiency of patient treatment.In the traditional hospital outpatient management mode,there are some problems such as difficult registration,long waiting time and noisy waiting environment.The medical integration cooperative outpatient mode makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional outpatient management mode.It integrates the four elements of medicine,nursing,treatment and patient,which can effectively reduce the waiting time of patients for diagnosis and treatment,improve the overall management quality of the hospital,and promote the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.
