葡萄糖酸钙与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗对产后出血状况及凝血功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨葡萄糖酸钙、卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗对产后出血(PPH)状况及凝血功能的影响.方法 选取 2023 年 1-12 月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的 50 例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各25 例.对照组予以缩宫素治疗,观察组采用葡萄糖酸钙、卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组产后2、24 h出血量少于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组纤维蛋白原(FIB)高于对照组(P＜0.05),凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)短于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组血清Ca2+、血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 葡萄糖酸钙、卡前列素、氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗PPH在减少出血量、改善凝血功能方面可能比传统治疗更有效,且没有增加不良反应发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of calcium gluconate,carprost,tramine combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)status and coagulation function.Methods Fifty cases of cesarean section in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with calcium gluconate,carprost tramine combined with oxytocin.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The postpartum blood loss 2 and 24 h in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the fibrinogen(FIB)of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05),and the prothrombin time(PT)and thrombin time(TT)of observation group were shorterr than that of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum Ca2+and hemoglobin in observation group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PPH with calcium gluconate,carprost,and triol combined with oxytocin may be more effective than traditional treatment in reducing blood loss and improving coagulation function,without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
