摘要
社区药学服务(CPC)目前在全球范围内迅速发展,已成为欧美国家社区居民了解药学知识、通过合理用药控制各类疾病进展的主要途径.我国CPC尚处于起步阶段,从一线城市乃至偏远小城镇,各类人群尤其是患有多种慢性疾病的老年人群,对CPC的需求巨大.与这一迫切需求相矛盾的是目前国内尚无规范的CPC管理体系、专业人才配置较低、模式相对滞后.为满足目前国内日益增长的CPC需求,解决CPC的起步困境,积极制定相关政策方针逐个解决问题是十分重要的.经过不断地探索与实践,发现解决我国CPC困境可能的途径包括:1)完善相关法律法规,积极推进CPC;2)加强社区药师队伍的素质培养;3)完善社区药师考核标准,建立正向激励机制;4)实施"医联体"模式下的药学对口帮扶;5)积极开展社区药学健康教育活动,宣传合理用药知识及理念.
Abstract
Community pharmaceutical care(CPC)is developing rapidly worldwide and has become the main way for community residents in Europe and the United States to understand pharmaceutical knowledge,control progression of various diseases with rational drug use.China's CPC is still in its infancy,from first-tier cities and even remote small towns,all kinds of people,especially the elderly people suffering from multiple chronic diseases,have a huge demand for CPC.Contradictory to this urgent need is that there is no standardized CPC management system in China,low allocation of professional talents,mode is relatively lagging.In order to meet the growing demand of CPC in China,solve the starting predicament of CPC,it is very important to formulate relevant policies and guidelines to solve the problems one by one.After continuous exploration and practice,we found that possible ways to solve the predicament of CPC in China include:1)Improving relevant laws and regulations and actively promoting CPC;2)Strengthening the quality training of community pharmacists;3)Improve the assessment standards of community pharmacists and establish a positive incentive mechanism;4)Implement the pharmaceutical matching assistance under the mode of"medical a11iance";5)Carry out community pharmacy health education activities and publicize the knowledge and concept of rational drug use.
