摘要
目的 探讨系统化整体护理对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者心理状态和生命质量的影响.方法 选取 2021 年 10 月至 2023 年 10 月于九江市第一人民医院接受PCI的患者 120 例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各 60 例.对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施系统化整体护理.比较两组患者心理状态、生命质量、机体功能状态以及不良心血管事件发生情况.结果 观察组护理后汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组护理后生活质量评定简表(SF-36)各项评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组护理后西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)各项评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 系统化整体护理应用于PCI术后患者中效果良好,可有效缓解不良情绪,降低不良心血管事件发生风险,有利于促进患者术后康复,提升生命质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of systematic holistic nursing on psychological state and quality of life of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 120 patients who received PCI in Jiujiang First People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given systematic holistic nursing.The psychological state,quality of life,body function and adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);The scores of Seattle Angina scale(SAQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing(P＜0.05);The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic holistic nursing in patients after PCI has a good effect,which can effectively alleviate adverse emotions,reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular events,promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and improve the quality of life.
