摘要
目的 探讨藤黄健骨胶囊治疗肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 5 月沈阳市维康医院收治的82 例肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为常规组与结合组,各41 例.常规组予以常规治疗,结合组予以常规治疗+藤黄健骨胶囊治疗,比较两组腰腿疼痛程度、腰椎功能评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生率.结果 治疗1 个月、2 个月后,结合组腰腿疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于常规组(P＜0.05);治疗1个月、2 个月后,结合组腰椎功能评分低于常规组(P＜0.05);结合组治疗有效率高于常规组(P＜0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 采用藤黄健骨胶囊治疗肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,可以有效缓解患者腰腿疼痛,改善腰椎功能,且不良反应较少.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Garcinia Jiangu capsule on kidney deficiency and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 82 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shenyang Weikang Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into routine group and combined group according to different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine treatment,and the combined group was given routine treatment+garcinia Jiangu capsule treatment.The degree of lumbar pain,lumbar function score,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the combined group was lower than that of the conventional group(P＜0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the lumbar function score of combined group was lower than that of conventional group(P＜0.05);The effective rate of combined group was higher than that of conventional group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The use of garcinia Jiangu capsule in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation is effective,can effectively relieve the patients with lumbar pain and leg,improve the function of lumbar spine,and less adverse reactions.
