Effect of Calcium combined with Bone Peptide Injection on the Efficacy and Bone Metabolic Indexes in Hypertension combined with Osteoporosis Patients

摘要
目的 探讨钙剂联合骨肽注射液对高血压合并骨质疏松的疗效及患者骨代谢指标的影响.方法 选取2021 年2 月至2023 年8 月上饶市立医院收治的80 例高血压合并骨质疏松患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各 40 例.对照组予以常规治疗加碳酸钙D3 片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用骨肽注射液治疗.比较两组临床疗效、骨密度值、骨代谢指标、骨转换指标及不良反应.结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组腰椎、股骨粗隆及股骨颈骨密度值升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后两组碱性磷酸酶(ALP)降低,骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后两组骨钙素(OC)升高,Ⅰ型胶原交联 C-末端肽(CTX-1)降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 钙剂联合骨肽注射液可提高高血压合并骨质疏松患者的疗效,提高骨密度值,其机制可能与改善骨代谢指标及骨转换指标有关.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of calcium and bone peptide injection on hypertension complicated with osteoporosis and the influence of bone metabolism indexes.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertension combined with osteoporosis admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment plus calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and the observation group was treated with bone peptide injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,bone mineral density,bone metabolism index,bone turnover index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Bone mineral density of lumbar spine,femoral trochanter and femoral neck increased after treatment in observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)decreased and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP)increased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,osteocalcin(OC)was increased and type Ⅰ collagen cross-linked C-terminal peptide(CTX-1)was decreased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Calcium combined with bone peptide injection can improve the curative effect and increase bone mineral density in patients with hypertension combined with osteoporosis,and the mechanism may be related to improving bone metabolism and bone turnover indexes.
