摘要
目的 探讨去乙酰毛花苷联合曲美他嗪在老年心力衰竭患者中的应用效果及对心功能、N 末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 12 月至 2022 年 12 月广东省人民医院赣州医院收治的老年心力衰竭患者 40 例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各 20 例.对照组患者使用去乙酰毛花苷进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后两组NT-proBNP水平降低(P＜0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后,两组左室舒张末期内径(LVDED)及左室射血分数(LVEF)优于治疗前(P＜0.05),且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后 1 周、2 周,两组血清 Hcy 水平降低(P＜0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 采用去乙酰毛花苷联合曲美他嗪治疗老年心力衰竭临床效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能、NT-proBNP及Hcy水平,延缓心室重塑.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of deacetyllanatoside combined with trimetazidine on cardiac function,NT-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and homocysteine(Hcy)in elderly patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with heart failure admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with deacetyllanoside,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of NT-proBNP in the two groups was decreased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDED)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in both groups were better than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the improvement of observation group was better than control group(P＜0.05).1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,serum Hcy level in both groups was decreased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Studies have shown that the clinical effect of cedilan combined with trimetazidine on elderly patients with heart failure is more significant,better in the improvement of cardiac function,NT-proBNP and Hcy levels,can effectively delay ventricular remodeling,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
