六味祛风活络膏治疗颈源性肩周炎的临床疗效

摘要
目的 探讨六味祛风活络膏治疗颈源性肩周炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2021 年 3 月至 2023 年 3 月安徽医科大学第一附属医院东城院区收治的112 例颈源性肩周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各56 例.两组均予以基础治疗,同时对照组患者肩颈部压痛点外敷消痛贴膏,观察组肩颈部压痛点外敷六味祛风活络膏.比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分量表(CMS)评分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,治疗前后炎症指标[P 物质(SP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)].结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后两组 CMS 评分升高,VAS 评分降低,且观察组 CMS 评分高于对照组,VAS 评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后两组 SP 和 TNF-α 水平降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 采用六味祛风活络膏治疗颈源性肩周炎临床疗效显著,可有效缓解疼痛,促进肩关节功能恢复,减轻炎症反应.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Liuwei Qufeng Huoluo ointment in the treatment of cervical periarthritis of the shoulder.Methods A total of 112 patients with cerviogenic periarthritis of shoulder admitted to Dongcheng Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The two groups were given basic treatment,while the control group was applied to the shoulder and neck tender points external pain relief paste,the observation group was applied to the shoulder and neck tender points external six flavor Qufeng activating collaterals paste.The clinical efficacy,the Constant-Murley shoulder Function Scale(CMS)score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and the inflammatory indicators[Substance P(SP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,CMS score increased and VAS score decreased in both groups,and CMS score in observation group was higher than control group,VAS score was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of SP and TNF-α in the two groups were decreased,and the levels of SP and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Qufeng Huoluo Cream has significant clinical effect in the treatment of cervicogenic periarthritis of shoulder,which can effectively relieve pain,promote the recovery of shoulder joint function and reduce inflammation.
