预防性护理用于CT增强扫描中对碘造影剂致不良反应及碘造影剂外渗程度的影响

摘要
目的 探讨预防性护理应用于CT增强扫描中对碘造影剂致不良反应及碘造影剂外渗程度的影响.方法 选取2022年 2 月至 2023 年 12 月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六O医院收治的 140 例需要进行CT增强扫描检查的患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各70 例.对照组检查期间予以常规护理,试验组检查期间实施预防性护理,比较两组患者检查时碘造影剂所致的不良反应发生情况及外渗情况.结果 试验组检查时碘造影剂所致不良反应发生率、检查时碘造影剂外渗率均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 预防性护理应用于CT增强扫描过程中,不仅可降低碘造影剂所致不良反应发生率,且还可以有效减轻碘造影剂外渗程度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing on CT enhanced scan to reduce adverse reactions caused by iodine contrast agent and its influence on the degree of iodine contrast agent extravasation.Methods A total of 140 patients requiring enhanced CT scan admitted to 960O Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from February 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 70 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during the examination,and the experimental group was given preventive nursing during the examination.The occurrence of adverse reactions and exosmosis caused by iodine contrast agent were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions caused by iodine contrast agent and the extravasation rate of iodine contrast agent in test group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of preventive nursing in CT enhanced scan can not only reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by iodine contrast agent,but also effectively reduce the degree of iodine contrast agent extravasation.
