摘要
目的 探讨预见性护理对经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(ERCP)后鼻胆管引流术患者并发症及护理满意度的影响.方法 选取2020 年7 月至2023 年7 月高安市人民医院收治的64 例ERCP后鼻胆管引流术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各32 例.对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施预见性护理.比较两组术后疼痛程度、并发症及护理满意度.结果 术后12 h、24 h观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对ERCP后鼻胆管引流术患者实施预见性护理干预,可有效减轻术后疼痛程度,减少或避免相关并发症发生,利于早日康复,进而获得较高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on complications and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing nasobiliary drainage after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods Sixty-four patients with post-ERCP nasobiliary drainage treated in Gao'an People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing based on the control group.The degree of postoperative pain,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in observation group were lower than those in control group at 12 and 24 h after operation(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Nursing satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing intervention for patients with nasobiliary drainage after ERCP can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain,reduce or avoid the occurrence of related complications,facilitate early recovery,and thus obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
