六味地黄丸联合唑来膦酸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效

摘要
目的 探讨六味地黄丸联合唑来膦酸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)患者的临床疗效.方法 选取2020 年2 月至2022 年10 月于广东医科大学附属医院规律就诊的PMOP患者 72 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34例)与观察组(n=38 例).对照组予以常规补钙、维生素 D、唑来膦酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合服用六味地黄丸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗 6 个月、12 个月后观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,日常生活能力(ADL)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗6 个月、12 个月后观察组Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分低于对照组,日本骨科学会(JOA)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗6 个月、12 个月后观察组骨密度(BMD)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 采用六味地黄丸联合唑来膦酸治疗PMOP临床疗效显著,可有效减轻疼痛程度,提高患者下腰活动能力及生命质量,改善BMD.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Methods A total of 72 patients with PMOP who regularly visited the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from February 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=34 cases)and observation group(n=38 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine calcium supplement,vitamin D and zoledronic acid,and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pill on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 6 months and 12 months of treatment,the VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 6 and 12 months of treatment,the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Society(JOA)score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Bone mineral density(BMD)in observation group was higher than that in control group after 6 months and 12 months of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with zoledronic acid has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of PMOP,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain,improve the patients'low back mobility and quality of life,and improve BMD.
