摘要
目的 目的探讨硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗对妊娠高血压患者血清炎症因子和尿蛋白表达水平的影响.方法 按治疗方式将南通大学附属南通市妇幼保健院急诊医学科在 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月收治的 60 例妊娠高血压患者分为对照组和观察组,各 30 例.对照组采用盐酸拉贝洛尔治疗,观察组采用盐酸拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗.比较两组患者血压、炎症因子、24 h 蛋白尿水平及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、24 h蛋白尿水平均低于治疗前(P＜0.05);两组比较,观察组以上指标均低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的降压效果更显著,能有效降低血清炎症因子和尿蛋白表达水平,且不会增加用药风险.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol on the expression of serum inflammatory factors and urinary protein in pregnant hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension treated by the emergency medicine Department of Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital affiliated to Nantong University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.Eachgroup had 30 cases.The control group was treated with labetalol hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with labetalol hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate.Blood pressure,inflammatory factors,24 h proteinuria levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and 24 h albuminuria in two groups were lower than before treatment(P＜0.05).And above indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension have a significant antihypertensive effect,which can effectively reduce the expression levels of serum inflammatory factors and urinary protein,and will not increase the risk of medication.
