国产与进口盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液治疗肺部感染的疗效和安全性

摘要
目的 探讨国产与进口盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液治疗肺部感染的疗效和安全性.方法 选取2020 年1 月至2022年12 月于惠州市中大惠亚医院呼吸内科诊断为肺部感染且使用盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液治疗患者作为研究对象,其中使用进口盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液患者作为进口组,使用国产盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液患者作为国产组.比较两组患者疗效、安全性及治疗费用.结果 进口组共纳入21 例患者,国产组共纳入54 例.国产组和进口组治疗有效率分别为 88.89%(48/54)和85.71%(18/21),差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).国产组和进口组不良反应发生率分别为 7.41%(4/54)和4.76%(1/21),差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).国产组药费、总药费、总治疗费低于进口组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 国产与进口盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液治疗肺部感染有同等的疗效性和安全性,但国产盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液有明显的价格优势.
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of domestic and imported moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of pulmonary infection.Methods Patients diagnosed with pulmonary infection and treated with moxifloxacin hydrochloride sodium chloride injection in the respiratory department of Huizhou Zhongda Huiya Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.Patients receiving imported moxifloxacin hydrochloride sodium chloride injection were selected as the import group,and those receiving domestic moxifloxacin hydrochloride sodium chloride injection were selected as the domestic group.The efficacy,safety and cost of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results A total of 21 patients were included in the imported group and 54 in the domestic group.The effective rate of treatment in domestic group and import group was 88.89%(48/54)and 85.71%(18/21),respectively,with no statistical significance(P＞0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in domestic group and import group was 7.41%(4/54)and 4.76%(1/21),respectively,with no statistical significance(P＞0.05).The drug cost,total drug cost and total treatment cost of the domestic group were lower than those of the imported group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The domestic moxifloxacin hydrochloride and imported moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection have the same efficacy and safety in the treatment of pulmonary infection,but the domestic moxifloxacin hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection have obvious price advantages.
