摘要

目的 探讨普拉克索联合艾地苯醌对老年帕金森病患者认知功能及脑神经递质的影响.方法 选取2021 年8 月至2023年8月清远市人民医院收治的老年帕金森病患者200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各100例.对照组予以艾地苯醌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合普拉克索治疗.比较两组患者炎症因子、认知功能及脑神经递质.结果 治疗后两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 普拉克索联合艾地苯醌用于老年帕金森病患者有利于减轻炎症反应,改善认知功能,调节脑神经递质水平.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of pramexole combined with idebenquinone on cognitive function and brain neurotransmitters in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease treated in Qingyuan People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with idebenone,and the observation group was combined with pramexol on the basis of control group.Inflammatory factors,cognitive function and brain neurotransmitters were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of MMSE in the two groups was increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma levels of norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in 2 groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole combined with idebenquinone in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease is beneficial to reduce inflammation,improve cognitive function and regulate the level of brain neurotransmitters.
