认知行为疗法联合醋酸亮丙瑞林对特发性中枢性性早熟患儿生命质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨认知行为疗法联合醋酸亮丙瑞林对特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)患儿生命质量的影响.方法 选取2020年1 月至2021 年1 月于广东医科大学附属东莞第一医院就诊的 90 例ICPP患儿为研究对象,按随机对照原则分为对照组与观察组,各45 例.对照组采用醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施认知行为疗法.比较两组患儿生长发育指标、生命质量、干预依从性.结果 观察组干预后生长速度、预测成年身高、骨龄均优于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组干预后少儿主观生活质量问卷量表(ISLQ)评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组干预依从性高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 认知行为疗法联合醋酸亮丙瑞林用于ICPP治疗中,可有效改善患儿生长发育指标,提升生命质量以及干预依从性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with leuprolide acetate on the quality of life of children with idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP).Methods A total of 90 children with idiopathic central precocious puberty treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomized control,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leuprelin acetate,and the observation group was treated with cognitive behavioral therapy based on the control group.Growth and development indexes,quality of life and intervention compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the growth rate,predicted adult height and bone age in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The subjective Quality of life questionnaire(ISLQ)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The intervention compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with leuprelin acetate in the treatment of ICPP can effectively improve the growth and development indicators of children,improve the quality of life and intervention compliance.
