摘要
目的 探讨整体护理应用于急诊入院高热静脉输液患儿中的效果.方法 选取 2021 年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月泰安市妇幼保健院急诊科收治的高热静脉输液患儿 526 例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各 263 例.对照组予以常规急诊护理,观察组实施整体护理.比较两组患儿体温恢复正常时间和惊厥控制时间,家长不良情绪和护患纠纷发生率,护理质量评分和满意度,家长健康知识掌握率和护理处理能力评分.结果 观察组体温恢复正常时间和惊厥控制时间显著短于对照组,家长不良情绪发生率和护患纠纷发生率明显降低,护理质量评分和满意度明显提高,家长健康知识掌握率和护理处理能力评分明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对急诊入院高热静脉输液患儿实施整体护理,可有效改善患儿临床预后,减少护患纠纷,提高护理质量和家长护理水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing in children admitted to emergency with hyperthermia intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 526 children with hyperthermia intravenous infusion admitted to the emergency department of Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 263 cases in each group.The control group was given routine emergency nursing,and the observation group was given holistic nursing.The temperature recovery time and convulsion control time,the incidence of parents'bad emotions and nursing-patient disputes,the score and satisfaction of nursing quality,the mastery rate of parents'health knowledge and the score of nursing handling ability were compared between the two groups.Results TThe temperature recovery time and convulsion control time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of parents'bad emotions and nurse-patient disputes were significantly reduced,the nursing quality score and satisfaction rate were significantly improved,and the parents'health knowledge mastery rate and nursing handling ability score were significantly increased,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing for children admitted to emergency hospital with high fever intravenous infusion can effectively improve the clinical prognosis of children,reduce nurse-patient disputes,and improve nursing quality and nursing level of family members.
