围术期精细化饮食控制干预在胸腰椎骨折术后患者中的应用效果及对胃肠道功能的影响

摘要
目的 探讨围术期精细化饮食控制干预在胸腰椎骨折术后患者中的应用效果及对胃肠道功能的影响.方法 选取2021 年8 月至2023 年7 月九江市第三人民医院收治的70 例胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35).对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合围术期精细化饮食控制干预,比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预后两组胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)水平降低(P＜0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05);干预后两组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)评分升高(P＜0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05);干预后两组纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)评分升高(P＜0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组食欲下降、便秘、腹痛、腹胀发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 围术期精细化饮食控制干预应用于胸腰椎骨折患者中可促进胃肠道功能恢复,有利于提高护理质量,改善生命质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of refined diet control intervention in the perioperative period in patients with thoracolumbar fracture and the effect on gastrointestinal function.Methods Seventy patients with thoracolumbar fracture admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with perioperative refined diet control intervention on the basis of the control group,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)in two groups were decreased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the score of GQOL-74 was increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)score of the two groups was increased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of appetite loss,constipation,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of refined diet control intervention in the perioperative period in patients with thoracolumbar fracture can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the quality of care and improve the quality of life.
