摘要
目的 评价安儿宁颗粒治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的经济性.方法 基于卫生体系角度,采用成本-效果分析法比较安儿宁颗粒相对于小儿感冒颗粒治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的成本-效果,并进行敏感性分析.结果 与小儿感冒颗粒相比,安儿宁颗粒治疗方案每增加1%疗效需要增加0.55 元的成本,明显低于意愿支付阈值(85.7 元),说明安儿宁颗粒治疗方案具有成本-效果优势.安儿宁颗粒治疗方案在效果明显更佳的情况下,与小儿感冒颗粒治疗方案的期望成本差异较小,更具有经济性.敏感性分析结果表明成本-效果分析结果较稳健.结论 治疗儿童上呼吸道感染,安儿宁颗粒相对于小儿感冒颗粒是具有经济性的治疗方案.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the economy of Anerning granule in treating upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods Based on the perspective of health system,the cost-effectiveness analysis method was used to compare the cost-effectiveness of An'erning granules in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children compared with Xiaoer's cold granules,and the sensitivity analysis was carried out.Results Compared with children's common flu granules,the cost of An'erning granules increased by 0.55 yuan for each 1%increase in efficacy,which was significantly lower than the willing payment threshold(85.7 yuan),indicating that An'erning granules had cost-outcome advantages.In the case of better effect,the expected cost difference between An'erning granule treatment scheme and children's cold granule treatment scheme is smaller and more economical.The results of sensitivity analysis show that the cost-effectiveness analysis is robust.Conclusion In the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children,the cost-effect advantages over cold particles in children are obvious.
