基于西药"四气"理论的研究探讨西药在中医理论指导下临床应用的可行性

摘要
目的 通过分析西药"四气"理论,将西药的寒热属性结合临床试验,探讨西药在中医理论指导下临床应用的可行性.方法 从国内主流学术期刊检索收集西药中药化的相关文献,汇总分析研究结果.结果 共收集到符合的文献21 篇,共计 67 种西药,67 种西药均做了"温热寒凉"的研究,结合临床试验分析,从理论上西药在中医理论指导下可适用于临床.结论 国内西药中药化研究有一定基础,并具有可行性,但研究及实践方法需进一步探索,需要更多的人力物力以及更多的临床试验去验证,才能将西药在中医理论指导下的临床应用发挥作用.
Abstract
Objective In order to explore the feasibility of clinical application of Western medicine under the guidance of TCM theory,the cold and heat properties of Western medicine were combined with clinical trials.Methods To search and collect the related literatures of traditional chinese medicine of Western medicine from the domestic mainstream academic journals,then to summarize and analyze the research results.Results 21 literatures were collected,including 67 kinds of western medicine,and 67 kinds of western medicine were studied on"Warm,hot,cold and cool".Conclusion The study on traditional chinese medicine of western medicine is feasibility,but the research and practice methods need to be explored,more clinical trials are need to verify.
