摘要
目的 探讨儿科住院患儿药品费用的影响因素.方法 收集2020 年1 月至2022 年12 月河南大学淮河医院出院患儿的基本信息,对患儿的药品费用进行统计分析,并分析影响药品费用的因素.结果 儿科住院患儿的各项费用构成中,药品费用占比最高.不同年份、性别、年龄组、医师组别、住院天数、支付方式、使用药品种类、集中采购药品种类、主要诊断及是否有合并症出院患儿的药品费用比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).多元线性回归分析结果显示,所用药品种类、住院天数、集中采购用药品种是影响药品费用的重要因素.结论 尽管儿科住院患儿的药品费用有所降低,但药品费用仍占较高比例,医疗服务费用占比则较低,医院需尽量缩短患儿住院时间,减少用药种类,以优化费用结构,有效减轻患儿的就医负担.
Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of drug cost in pediatric inpatients.Methods The basic information of the children discharged from Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from January 2020 to December 2022 was collected,and the drug cost of the children was statistically analyzed,and the factors affecting the drug cost were analyzed.Results Among the various expenses of pediatric inpatients,drug expenses accounted for the highest proportion.The drug costs of discharged children with different years,gender,age group,physician group,length of stay,payment method,types of drugs used,types of drugs centrally purchased,main diagnosis and whether there were complications were statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the types of drugs used,the number of days in hospital and the types of drugs purchased centrally were the important factors affecting the cost of drugs.Conclusion Although the drug cost of pediatric inpatients has been reduced,the drug cost still accounts for a high proportion,while the medical service cost accounts for a low proportion.Hospitals should shorten the hospitalization time of children as much as possible and reduce the types of drugs to optimize the cost structure and effectively reduce the medical burden of children.
