不同产地北苍术药材的指纹图谱建立与聚类分析及主成分分析

目的 建立北苍术药材的高效液相指纹图谱,并进行聚类分析和主成分分析。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,建立了 8 个共有峰的北苍术指纹图谱,计算相似度。进行聚类分析,初步筛选出质量较好的北苍术药材。结果 采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2012 版)进行相似度评价,17 批药材相似度在 0。920~0。996。聚类分析结果表明,当判定距离为10,17 批药材样品可分为四类,主成分分析综合评价结果显示S15 和S16 所在产地的药材质量最好。结论 该方法简便、重现性好,可用于北苍术药材的质量控制。
Establishment of Fingerprint,Cluster Analysis and Principal Component Analysis of Rhizoma Atractylodes from Different Origin
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.,and to conduct its cluster analysis and principal component analysis.Methods Fingerprint spectra of 8 common peaks were established for Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz by using HPLCmethod,and their similarity was calculated.Clustering analysis and principal component analysis(PCA)were performed to compare the results and initially screen out the batches of medicinal herbs with better quality.Results The similarity of 17 batches of medicinal herbs(0.920-0.996)was calculated with fingerprint spectra evaluation software.Meanwhile,the 8 batches of medicinal herbs were divided into four categories by clustering analysis,and the medicinal herbs with the origins of s15 and s16 were comprehensively evaluated as of best quality by PCA.Conclusion The method is accurate,simple and reproducible,so it can be used toContent determination and evaluate the quality of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.
