Research Progress of Immune Microenvironment and Immunotherapy in Glioma
Glioma is one of the most common malignant tumors of the central nervous system,posing a serious threat to human health.A comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis of glioma,analysis of potential factors influencing its development,and exploration of novel treatment strategies are crucial for improving its progression and prognosis.Current research has revealed that immune cell infiltration and immune checkpoint molecules in the tumor immune microenvironment are closely associated with the occurrence and progression of giloma.This article provides a review of the common tumor immune cells and their evasion mechanisms in the immune microenvironment of giloma,as well as the research progress in the field of immunotherapy.
