Influence of Nutritional Guidance on Self-management Ability of Peritoneal Dialysis Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease
Objective To explore the influence of nutritional guidance on self-management ability of peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods Sixty patients with chronic kidney disease who underwent peritoneal dialysis in Gao'an People's Hospital from January 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nutritional guidance on the basis of the control group.Self-management ability, dietary compliance, nutritional status and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of the self-management scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of RAAQ and RABQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of Kidney Disease Quality of Life(KDQOL-36TM)in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In chronic kidney disease peritoneal dialysis patients, nutritional guidance can effectively improve their self-management ability, improve their dietary compliance, and further improve their nutritional status and quality of life.
