The Application Value of Self-rating Depression Scale Screening combined with Mindfulness Intervention and Psychotherapy in Patients with Depression during Pregnancy
Objective To explore the application value of self-rating depression scale(SDS)screening combined with mindfulness intervention during pregnancy and psychotherapy in patients with depression during pregnancy.Methods A total of 196 pregnant women who were registered in Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 and had regular birth check-up were selected as the study subjects.All the study subjects underwent SDS screening during the second trimester.A total of 160 patients with abnormal screening results were randomly divided into the control group(n=80)and the experimental group(n=80).The control group received routine health care during pregnancy,and the experimental group received mindfulness intervention during pregnancy for mild to moderate abnormalities and psychological treatment for severe abnormalities according to the severity of the patients'conditions.SDS scores,quality of life scores before and after intervention,and clinical intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SDS score of the two groups was decreased,and the test group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of 36 Simple Health Survey Scale(SF-36)in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical intervention in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SDS screening for pregnant women,and mindfulness intervention and psychological treatment in pregnancy according to different levels of illness can provide timely,appropriate and effective intervention and treatment for pregnant depressed patients,so as to effectively improve the depressive mood during pregnancy and obtain a good prognosis for mothers and infants.
