摘要
目的 观察按摩康复戒毒技术对药物依赖者心理健康和血清神经递质的水平影响的性别差异.方法 选取2021年7月-2022年12月甘肃省戒毒管理局下属强制隔离戒毒所的戒毒人员77例作为研究对象,根据性别不同将其分为两组,男性组40例,女性组37例.两组均在常规戒毒康复的基础上予以为期3月的按摩戒毒康复技术治疗.两组药物依赖者在干预前后使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估心理状态并检测血清神经递质多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的水平,进行统计分析.结果 两组3个月干预后的SCL-90总分及躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、偏执、精神病性及其他等10项因子得分均低于基线(P＜0.05),但女性组的(基线-3月干预后)得分差值高于男性组(P＜0.05);两组3个月干预后DA、5-HT、GABA水平均高于基线(P＜0.05),但女性组的(3月干预后-基线)得分差值均高于男性组(P＜0.05).结论 按摩戒毒康复技术对促进女性血清神经递质DA、5-HT和GABA的分泌及对女性药物依赖者心理健康的干预效果较男性更显著.
Abstract
Objective To observe gender difference in the effects of massage rehabilitation on mental health and serum neurotransmitter levels in drug addicts.Methods A total of 77 drug addicts from July 2021 to December 2022 in compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers of Gansu Provincial Administration for Drug Rehabilitation were selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to gender:40 cases in male group and 37 cases in female group.In addition to conventional drug rehabilitation,the two groups were given massage drug rehabilitation techniques for 3 months.The Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)was used to assess the psychological status of the two groups of drug dependents before and after the intervention,and the levels of serum neurotransmitters dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)were measured and statistically analyzed.Results After 3 months of intervention,the total score of SCL-90 and 10 factors including somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis and others in both groups were lower than baseline(P＜0.05),but the difference of scores(baseline to 3 months after intervention)in female group was higher than that in male group(P＜0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the levels of DA,5-HT and GABA in both groups were higher than that of baseline(P＜0.05),but the score difference of the female group(3 months after intervention to baseline)was higher than that of the male group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of massage drug rehabilitation on the mental health of female drug addicts is more significant than that of male,and the promotion of the secretion of serum neurotransmitters DA,5-HT and GABA in female is more advantageous than that of male.
