摘要
目的 建立右佐匹克隆药物利用评价标准,评价和分析右佐匹克隆临床应用情况.方法 以右佐匹克隆说明书为基础,参考相关指南和专家共识,建立右佐匹克隆药物利用评价标准,包括适应证、用法用量、给药方式等10个指标.采用回顾性研究方法,对亳州市人民医院2021年4月1日-2022年11月30日应用右佐匹克隆的住院患者用药进行合理性评价.结果 共抽取149份病历,其中右佐匹克隆用药完全符合评价标准的合理率为18.12％.右佐匹克隆不合理应用常见于用法用量(60.40％)、用药宣教(38.26％)、疗效评价(18.12％)和联合用药(13.42％).适应证、给药方式、禁忌证不合理率低.结论 该院右佐匹克隆使用合理率较低,存在用法用量、用药宣教、疗效评价、联合用药等方面问题.
Abstract
Objective To establish the drug use evaluation(DUE)criteria of eszopiclone and to evaluate and analyse clinical use of eszopiclone.Methods Based on the instructions of eszopiclone,relevant guidelines or expert consensus,the DUE criteria of eszopiclone are formulated.DUE of eszopiclone were included ten indicators such as indication,usage and dosage and mode of administration.A retrospective analysis method was used to rationally evaluate patients who are using eszopiclone from April 1,2021 to November 30,2022 in People's Hospital of Bozhou.Results A total of 149 medical records were selected,the reasonable rate of medication that fully meets the evaluation criteria was 18.12％.Irrational use of eszopiclone was common in usage and dosage(60.40％),medication education(38.26％),efficacy evaluation(18.12％)and drug combination(13.42％).The irrational rate of indication,administration mode and contraindication was low.Conclusion The irrational rate of use of eszopiclone is relatively high in this hospital,and there are problems such as usage and dosage,medication education,efficacy evaluation and drug combination.
