摘要
目的 梳理我国青少年药物滥用研究的结构特点、发文作者及机构、研究热点与演进脉络.方法 本文采用中国知网、万方、维普中2003年-2022年所收录的期刊、博硕士论文,利用CiteSpace的可视化解法,统计我国青少年滥用药物文献的年度发文量,绘制发文机构、作者和关键词等各类知识图谱,并结合我国已颁布的相关政策文件、法律法规进行耦合分析.结果 国内学者对青少年药物滥用研究的关注度有待提高;相关研究高度集中于京沪辽滇等省市,以政法类普通高等院校、院校研究所构成主要研究基地;从文献高频关键词的分布来看,我国青少年药物滥用研究向吸毒、新型毒品、影响因素、毒品犯罪、危险行为、健康教育、预防教育、禁毒和吸烟高度集中;现阶段国内学者对青少年药物滥用的研究方向以"禁毒""毒品预防"为焦点的实践研究和助力戒毒人员回归社会的"社会工作"干预研究为主.结论 呼吁国内学者加强对我国青少年药物滥用研究的关注;加强机构、人员和部门的合作;推动关于新时期禁毒治理的青少年药物滥用研究.
Abstract
Objective To sort out the structural characteristics,authors and institutions,research hotspots and evolution of adolescent drug abuse research in China.Methods Using the journals and doctoral and master's theses collected by China HowNet,Wanfang,Weipu from 2003 to 2022,using the visual solution of CiteSpace,this paper counts the annual number of documents on drug abuse among adolescents in China,draws various knowledge maps such as issuing institutions,authors and keywords,and makes a coupling analysis in combination with relevant policy documents,laws and regulations issued in China.Results Domestic scholars should pay more attention to the study of adolescent drug abuse;Relevant research is highly concentrated in Beijing,Shanghai,Liaoning,Yunnan and other provinces and cities,with political science and law colleges and universities and institutes as the main research bases;According to the distribution of high frequency keywords,the research on drug abuse among adolescents in China is highly concentrated in drug abuse,new drugs,influencing factors,drug crimes,risky behaviors,health education,prevention education,drug control and smoking.At present,the research direction of domestic scholars on adolescent drug abuse mainly focuses on the practical research of"drug control"and"drug prevention"and the intervention research of"social work"to help drug addicts return to society.Conclusion Domestic scholars should pay more attention to the study of adolescent drug abuse;Strengthen cooperation among institutions,personnel and departments;Promote the research on juvenile drug abuse in drug control in the new era.
