医学生管理疼痛能力情况及对策分析
A comprehensive analysis of pain management competence among medical students and strategies for enhancement

目的 评估医学生疼痛管理知识的掌握状况,揭示医学院校中疼痛教育的现状,并提出改进策略.方法 通过网络问卷调查110名北京某大学医学部医学生,使用临床疼痛知识测验评估疼痛知识掌握水平.结果 调查显示,医学生疼痛相关知识掌握相对不足,仅有3.6%系统性学习过疼痛专业知识.学生普遍认为疼痛教学不足(85.5%).临床疼痛知识测验平均答对率34.3%,以"知识应用"得分最高(63.0%),而"疼痛的多维性"最低(35.9%).结论 鉴于医学生在疼痛管理能力方面存在较大欠缺,建议医学教育体系应更注重疼痛教学,提供多样化的学习途径.此外,应加强医学生管理疼痛综合能力的培养,采用多模态疼痛控制策略,避免单一使用阿片类药物导致的药物依赖.
Abstract
Objective To assess the mastery of pain management knowledge among medical students,unveil the current status of pain education in medical institutions,and propose improvement strategies.Methods A web-based questionnaire survey was conducted among 110 Peking University School of Medicine students.The Clinical Pain Knowledge Test(CPKT)assessed pain knowledge levels.Results The survey revealed a relatively insufficient grasp of pain knowledge among medical students,with only 3.6%having systematically studied related knowledge.A majority of students perceived inadequacies in pain education(85.5%).The results of the Clinical Pain Knowledge Test indicated an average correct answer rate of 34.3%,with the highest score in the"knowledge application"category(63.0%)and the lowest in"the multidimensionality of pain"(35.9%).Conclusion Given the significant deficiencies in pain management capabilities among medical students,it is recommended that the medical education system place greater emphasis on pain education,providing diverse learning pathways.Additionally,efforts should be made to enhance the comprehensive pain management skills of medical students,adopting multimodal pain control strategies and avoiding the potential risks associated with the singular use of opioid medications.
