美沙酮维持治疗期间心电图QT间期及QT离散度回顾性研究

摘要
目的 分析美沙酮维持治疗期间的心电图QT间期及QT离散度.方法 选取2019年1月至2021年12月广州医科大学附属脑科医院美沙酮维持治疗点的146名受治者作为研究对象,通过问卷调查、查阅病历、收集一般人口学特征、吸毒情况和美沙酮维持治疗情况等,比较三年间受治者心电图的QT间期及QT离散度.结果 146例中有4例(2.74％)出现QTc间期延长,与小剂量组比较,中、大剂量组的QTc间期均明显延长(P＜0.01),与中剂量组比较,大剂量组的QTc间期明显延长(P＜0.01);小剂量组的QTcd逐年增加(P＜0.05).结论 在美沙酮维持治疗期间需注意对受治者进行心电图监测.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the QT interval and QT dispersion of patients during methadone maintenance treatment.Methods Medical record were conducted in 146 patients in methadone maintenance treatment(MMT)center of the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2019 and December 2021.The questionnaire information included general demographic characteristics,drug use history,MMT status and so on.Electrocardiogram QT interval and QT dispersion in three years were compared.Results There were 4 cases in 146 cases with prolonged QTc interval.The QTc intervals in the high-dose methadone group and the middle-dose group were prolong compared with the low-dose group(P＜0.01).The QTc intervals in the high-dose methadone group were prolong compared with the middle-dose group(P＜0.01).The QTcd of the low-dose group increased year by year(P＜0.05).Conclusion ECG should be paid attention to during methadone maintenance treatment.
