禁毒社工的公共服务动机与工作满意度的关系:多重中介效应

摘要
目的 探索禁毒社工工作满意度的影响因素,为改善禁毒社工机构管理方式提供依据.方法 向S市1258名禁毒社工发放问卷,对其工作满意度的影响因素进行调查.结果 公共服务动机对工作满意度起到显著的正向预测作用;职业兴趣胜任、劳动关系氛围、家庭社会认可在公共服务动机与工作满意度之间起到中介作用.结论 禁毒社工机构可以通过培育公共服务动机、培养职业兴趣和胜任、改善劳动关系、增强公众认可度等方式提升禁毒社工的工作满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the factors influencing the job satisfaction of anti-drug social workers and to provide a basis for improving the management mode of anti-drug social work organizations.Methods Questionnaires were administered to 1258 anti-drug social workers in a city to investigate the factors influencing their job satisfaction.Results Public service motivation was a significant positive predictor for job satisfaction;professional interest competency,labor relations climate,and family social approval mediated the effect between public service motivation and job satisfaction.Conclusion Anti-drug social work agencies can enhance the job satisfaction of anti-drug social workers by fostering motivation for public service,cultivating professional interest and competence,improving labor relations,and enhancing public recognition of anti-drug social workers.
