摘要
内源性大麻素系统(endocannabinoid system,ECS)主要包括内源性大麻素(endocannabinoids,eCBs)、大麻素受体(cannabinoid receptors,CBRs)以及合成和降解eCBs的酶.该系统具有介导突触可塑性、调节神经细胞生长发育和奖赏过程等生理作用.本文系统概括了 eCBs以及CBRs亚型的组成和生理功能,系统总结了 ECS与大麻、阿片类药物、尼古丁和酒精成瘾之间的有机联系,深入探讨了 ECS作为物质成瘾治疗靶点的可能性,并基于ECS对物质成瘾治疗进行了展望.
Abstract
The Endocannabinoid System(ECS)is composed of Endocannabinoids(eCBs),cannabinoid receptors(CBRs),and enzymes responsible for the synthesis and degradation of eCBs.This system plays a physiological role in mediating synaptic plasticity and regulating the development of nerve cells and reward processes.In this review,we systematically summarized the composition and physiological function of eCBs or CBRs subtypes,and elucidated the potential role of ECS in the marijuana,opioid,nicotine and alcohol addiction.Moreover,the possibility of ECS as a treatment target for substance addiction was discussed.Finally,we provided a prospective view of substance addiction treatment based on ECS.
