摘要
近年来,深部脑刺激在成瘾领域的应用越来越广泛,然而其确切的机制尚不清楚.本文对深部脑刺激在酒精使用障碍、阿片类使用障碍、兴奋剂使用障碍中的相关研究进行综述,列举了相关的临床研究及动物实验,总结了深部脑刺激治疗成瘾的可能机制,并探讨了该技术的未来展望.
Abstract
In recent years,the application of deep brain stimulation in addiction has become increasingly widespread,but its exact mechanism is still unclear.This article reviews the relevant researches of deep brain stimulation in alcohol use disorder,opioid use disorder,and stimulant use disorder,and lists relevant clinical studies and animal experiments.It summarizes the possible mechanisms of deep brain stimulation in the treatment of addiction and discusses the future prospects of this technology.
