摘要
药物成瘾是一种慢性复发性脑疾病,受遗传和环境等因素的共同影响.基因在RNA水平的可变剪接广泛存在于机体生长发育和疾病发生发展过程中,也是药物成瘾的重要调控机制之一.本文综述了可变剪接调控机制及在药物成瘾中作用的研究进展,以期从RNA可变剪接角度挖掘药物成瘾的分子机制和新的治疗靶点.
Abstract
Drug addiction,a chronic and recurrent brain disease,is influenced by genetics and environment.It manifests mainly in cognitive impairment and uncontrollable drug seeking behaviors and is a major threat to the society.Therefore,expounding the mechanisms of drug addiction and identifying the therapeutic targets of drug withdrawal are the main directions of research of drug addiction.Alternative splicing is the process that precursor messenger RNA(pre-mRNA)develop into mature mRNA,and it is one of the mechanisms of drug addiction.In this review,we summarized the research progress of alternative splicing and discussed its role in drug addiction.We hope this review could help to elucidate the possible mechanism of addiction from the perspective of alternative splicing and further take it as a potential therapeutic method.
