海洛因等阿片类物质对生殖系统影响的研究进展

摘要
为了解海洛因等阿片类物质对于生殖系统的影响,本文通过文献检索,纳入37篇国内外关于阿片类物质对于生殖系统影响的研究报告,分别汇总阿片类物质对于男性、女性生殖系统的影响,以及在动物实验中的研究结果.结果显示,海洛因及美沙酮等阿片类物质可以导致男性的性激素水平下降,射精量减少、精子质量降低,严重甚至导致不育;同时可以导致女性卵巢早衰,月经失调,性激素水平异常.因此,海洛因等阿片类毒品对性腺的发育及其功能产生不良影响,严重的甚至危及生命,不容忽视.
Abstract
To understand the effects of opioids such as heroin on the reproductive system,this review conducted a literature search and included 37 domestic and foreign research reports on the effects of opioids on the reproductive system.The reports summarized the effects of opioids on the male and female reproductive systems,as well as the research results in animal experiments.The results showed that opioid substances such as heroin and methadone can lead to a decrease in male sex hormone levels,reduced ejaculation volume,decreased sperm quality,and even infertility in severe cases;It can also lead to premature ovarian failure,menstrual disorders,and abnormal levels of sex hormones in women.Therefore,opioid drugs such as heroin have adverse effects on the development and function of the gonads,and can even be life-threatening,which cannot be ignored.
