冰毒依赖女性青少年视觉运动协调训练的干预效应

摘要
目的 探讨冰毒依赖对女性青少年视觉运动协调的影响,分析CogniPlus训练系统对冰毒依赖女性青少年视觉运动协调的干预效果.方法 选取四川省某女子强制隔离戒毒所的40名冰毒依赖女性青少年作为冰毒依赖组,根据年龄、教育水平、视觉运动协调前测成绩分为冰毒依赖干预组(n=20)与冰毒依赖等待组(n=20).在某社区及学校选取人口学信息相匹配的40名健康女性青少年作为健康对照组.使用维也纳心理测试系统对所有被试进行测试,使用CogniPlus训练系统对冰毒依赖干预组进行视觉运动协调训练,冰毒依赖等待组与健康对照组不接受训练.在实验结束一月后,使用维也纳心理测试系统对冰毒依赖干预组进行认知功能的追踪测试.结果 冰毒依赖组前测平均角度偏差、分散角度偏差均比健康对照组差,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).冰毒依赖等待组后测理想范围内的时间比冰毒依赖干预组差,冰毒依赖干预组前测平均角度偏差、分散角度偏差、理想范围内的时间均比后测差,冰毒依赖等待组前测分散角度偏差、理想范围内的时间均比后测差,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).冰毒依赖干预组前测分散角度偏差比健康对照组差,冰毒依赖干预组后测理想范围内的时间优于健康对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).冰毒依赖等待组后测平均角度偏差、分散角度偏差、理想范围内的时间均比冰毒依赖干预组差,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 冰毒会损伤女性青少年视觉运动协调能力,基于CogniPlus系统的训练可有效的改善或恢复其视觉运动协调能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of methamphetamine-dependence on visual motor coordination in female adolescents,and to analyze the intervention effects of CogniPlus training system on visual motor coordination of methamphetamine-dependent female adolescents.Methods Forty methamphetamine-dependent female adolescents from a women's compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation facility in Sichuan Province were selected as a methamphetamine-dependent group and divided into a methamphetamine-dependent intervention group(n=20)and a methamphetamine-dependent waiting group(n=20)based on age,education level,and pre-test scores of visual motor coordination.Forty healthy female adolescents matched for demographic information in a community and school were selected as a healthy control group.All subjects were tested using the Vienna Test System,and the methamphetamine-dependent intervention group was trained in visuomotor coordination using the CogniPlus training system,while the methamphetamine-dependent waiting group and the healthy control group did not receive training.At the end of one month after the experiment,a follow-up test of cognitive function was conducted using the Vienna Test System for the methamphetamine-dependent intervention group.Results The methamphetamine-dependent group had worse pre-test mean angular deviation and dispersion angular deviation than the healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time in the ideal range of the posttest was worse in the methamphetamine-dependent waiting group than in the methamphetamine-dependent intervention group,the mean angular deviation,angular deviation of dispersion,and time in the ideal range of the pretest were all worse in the methamphetamine-dependent intervention group than in the posttest,and the angular deviation of dispersion and time in the ideal range of the pretest were all worse in the methamphetamine-dependent waiting group than in the posttest,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The methamphetamine-dependent intervention group had worse pre-test dispersion angle deviation than healthy controls,and the methamphetamine-dependent intervention group had better post-test time in the ideal range than healthy controls,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The methamphetamine-dependent waiting group had worse posttest mean angular deviation,dispersed angular deviation,and time within the ideal range than the methamphetamine-dependent intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Methamphetamine use can impair visual motor coordination of female adolescents,and training based on the CogniPlus system can effectively improve or restore their visuomotor coordination.
