摘要

近年来,我国青少年群体中因服用右美沙芬成瘾的案例日益增多,非管制药品在青少年人群中的滥用问题再度引发社会的广泛关注.本研究采用对37例病例深度访谈的方法,在综合考察社会环境、网络环境和预防教育漏洞等多方面因素,深入剖析该问题主要成因的基础上,建议通过加强社会合理用药和药物滥用危害等方面教育、加强实体药店和互联网药店购售审核、建立线上线下购药信息大数据研判平台、建立监测预警机制加强管控等手段综合施策,以期为我国防范非管制药品滥用提供可能性思路.

Abstract

In recent years,there has been a growing number of reported cases of dextromethorphan addiction among Chinese adolescents,reigniting widespread concern in society regarding the abuse of non-controlled drugs by this age group.This study adopted the method of in-depth interviews with 37 cases.Based on a comprehensive investigation into various factors such as the social and online environment,as well as addressing educational loopholes in prevention efforts,it is recommended that comprehensive measures should be implemented.These measures should include strengthening education on responsible drug use and the detrimental effects of substance abuse,enhancing scrutiny over the purchase and sale of medications both offline and online through physical pharmacies and internet platforms,establishing a big data research platform for analyzing online and offline drug purchasing information,and implementing a monitoring system with an early warning mechanism to enhance control measures.These suggestions aim to provide potential strategies for preventing the misuse of non-controlled drugs in China.
