摘要
探讨1例丁丙诺啡依赖患者在戒断过程中多药联用导致呼吸衰竭发生的情况、诊治经过和转归.分析引起呼吸衰竭的相关因素、发生机制和预防措施.值得引起临床医生的重视和借鉴,从而提高临床对阿片类及镇静催眠类药物使用的安全意识,保障患者健康和医疗安全.
Abstract
To investigate the diagnosis,treatment and outcome of respiratory failure caused by multiple drug combination in a buprenorphine-dependent patient during drug withdrawal.By analyzing the related factors,mechanism and prevention measures of respiratory failure,we provide reference to improve the safety awareness of the use of opioid and sedative and hypnotic drugs,and to ensure the health and medical safety of patients.
