摘要
目的 通过报告依托咪酯所致药物依赖的诊疗过程,介绍依托咪酯成瘾的临床特征、诊断及治疗干预思路,为防治依托咪酯成瘾提供临床证据支持.方法 通过回顾1例吸食依托咪酯电子烟致依赖患者的临床资料,分析依托咪酯依赖及戒断症状的处理,并对导致依赖的可能原因及药物依赖防治进行讨论.结果 根据依托咪酯药理学结构及作用机理,选择安定类药物替代干预治疗,使患者对依托咪酯渴求及焦虑症状明显减轻,进行脱毒治疗.结论 吸食依托咪酯电子烟可导致药物依赖,有关部门应加强对依托咪酯从生产、销售到使用的全链条监测,预防药物滥用.
Abstract
Objective To introduce the clinical features,diagnostic and therapeutic intervention ideas of etomidate addiction by reporting the diagnostic and treatment process of etomidate-induced drug dependence and to provide clinical evidence to support the further prevention of etomidate addiction.Methods By reviewing the clinical data of a patient with dependence caused by smoking etomidate e-cigarettes,we focus on the management of etomidate dependence and withdrawal symptoms,and discuss the possible causes of dependence and the prevention and treatment of drug dependence.Results Based on the pharmacological structure and mechanism of action of etomidate,stable drugs are selected as alternative intervention treatments to significantly reduce the patient's craving and anxiety symptoms of etomidate,and detoxification treatment is carried out.Conclusion Smoking etomidate e-cigarettes can lead to drug dependence,and relevant departments should strengthen the full chain monitoring of etomidate from production,sales to use to prevent drug abuse.
