芬太尼是一种强效阿片类麻醉剂和镇痛药物.近年来芬太尼类物质在多个国家发生流行性滥用,导致与毒品有关的过量死亡人数快速增长,对公共健康造成了日益严重的威胁.本文综述了芬太尼类物质的滥用、代谢过程、药理毒理学性质及管控情况,并提出了针对性的干预措施,为今后的研究提供参考.
Abstract
Fentanyl is a powerful opioid narcotic and analgesic.In recent years,fentanyl-related substances have been widely abused in multiple countries,leading to a rapid increase in drug-related overdose deaths and posing an increasingly serious threat to public health.This article reviews the abuse,metabolic process,pharmacological and toxicological properties,and control situation of fentanyl-related substances and proposes targeted intervention measures to provide reference for future research.
