摘要
苯环利定类新精神活性物质主要作用于中枢神经系统中的N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体,吸食后会产生分离和致幻等作用.以苯环利定为基础,通过化学结构的修饰合成一系列新精神活性物质可以规避法律管控,其药理活性与传统毒品相似,甚至有更强的药理毒理活性,因此其引发的滥用以及中毒事件逐渐上升,从而成为研究热点.本文介绍了苯环利定类物质的药理毒理作用及体内外代谢的研究进展.
Abstract
New psychoactive substances of the phencyclidine group primarily act on NMDA receptors in the central nervous system,producing dissociative and hallucinogenic effects when inhaled.Based on phencyclidine,a series of new psychoactive substances have been synthesized through chemical modification to circumvent legal controls.These substances have toxicological activities similar to traditional drugs,and in some cases,even more potent.This has led to an increase in abuse and poisoning,making it a hot topic of research.This paper introduces the toxicological effects,vitro and in vivo metabolism of new phencyclidine analogs.
