摘要
目的 探讨湖南省中学生使用传统卷烟和电子烟现况及其影响因素,为科学开展控烟干预提供依据.方法 采用便利取样法,于2020年12月抽取湖南省4所普通中学3693名中学生进行问卷调查(时间1,T1),并在2021年12月(时间2,T2)对其中1760名中学生再次进行调查.结果 T1时,参加调查的中学生传统卷烟吸烟率为6.1％,其中男生9.1％,女生3.0％;电子烟使用率为8.4％,知晓率为77.6％;同时使用传统卷烟和电子烟的中学生占调查总数的3.5％.T2时,中学生传统卷烟吸烟率为7.8％,其中男生11.8％,女生3.5％;电子烟使用率为13.3％,知晓率为80.6％;同时使用传统卷烟和电子烟的中学生占调查总数的6.3％.从T1到T2,传统卷烟和电子烟的使用呈上升趋势且差异具有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)o Logistics回归分析表明,T1时,男性、高年级、家庭所在地为农村和乡镇、父亲文化程度低是影响青少年使用传统卷烟的危险因素(OR值分别为3.54、1.33、1.49、1.94、2.76,均P＜0.05),男性、高年级、家庭所在地为农村和乡镇是影响青少年使用电子烟的危险因素(OR值分别为5.96、1.70、1.51、1.74,均P＜0.05);T2时,男性、家庭所在地为农村和乡镇是中学生使用传统卷烟/电子烟的危险因素(OR值分别为4.12/4.19、2.18/1.63、2.70/2.06,均P＜0.05).结论 随着年级的增高,中学生传统卷烟和电子烟的使用率显著增加,性别、家庭所在地、父母亲文化程度是影响中学生使用传统卷烟和电子烟的重要因素.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status and its influencing factors about using traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes among middle school students in Hunan province,so as to provide scientific evidence for intervention of smoking cessation and tobacco control.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among 3693 students from 4 ordinary middle schools in Hunan Province in December 2020(time 1,T1),and 1760 middle school students were surveyed again in December 2021(time 2,T2).Results At T1,6.1％of the middle school students participated in the survey used traditional cigarettes,including 9.1％for boys and 3.0％for girls;E-cigarette using rate was 8.4％,and the awareness rate was 77.6％;Students who used both traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes accounted for 3.5％.At T2,the proportion of middle school students used traditional cigarettes was 7.8％,including 11.8％for boys and 3.5％for girls.E-cigarette using rate was 13.3％,and the awareness rate was 80.6％;Students who used both traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes accounted for 6.3％.From T1 to T2,the use of traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes increased and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Logistic regression showed that at T1,male,senior grades,family location in rural and township areas,and low educational level of father were the risk factors affecting adolescents'use of traditional cigarettes(OR=3.54,1.33,1.49,1.94and 2.76 respectively,P＜0.05).Similarly,at T1,male,senior grades,and family location in rural and township areas were the risk factors affecting adolescents'use of electronic cigarettes(OR values were 5.96,1.70,1.51 and 1.74,respectively,P＜0.05).At T2,the risk factors for middle school students to use traditional cigarettes or electronic cigarettes(OR values were 4.12 or 4.19,2.18 or 1.63,2.70 or 2.06,respectively,P＜0.05)were men and families in rural and township areas.Conclusion With the increased of grade,the use rate of traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes in middle school students increases significantly.Gender,family location and parental education are important factors.
